Just a few days ago it was reported the the Dodgers were considering swapping their bad contract player, Andruw Jones, to the Mets for theirs, Luis Castillo. Now comes word from the Los Angeles Times that the Dodgers are now devising ways to rid themselves of Jones by restructuring his contract to spread out payments, or eat the contract altogether. Jones may now join the company of NBA former star Stephon Marbury, who the New York Knicks are still attempting to pay for not playing for them.Friday, January 2, 2009
