Today's quiz topic, Mets faithful, is the ever-elusive no-hitter, which no Mets pitcher has ever thrown. But since the Mets' 1962 inception, the Mets have been no-hit plenty of times -- even in the World Championship year of 1969. It happened in September, less than a week before the Mets clinched the National League East division crown.
